Loo Bus Questionnaire

The National Star College are seeking (in partnership with Active Impact, REMAP, Allsorts, Third Sector Services, St Roses School Gloucestershire) to develop a Loo Bus. We aim to buy, adapt and equip a vehicle that will enable people with disabilities to use the toilet/be changed with dignity and respect when they wish to go to events and activities across the country.   We are looking into purchasing a minibus-sized vehicle which would be big enough to accommodate a changing bench, hoist and toilet. Your input is valued and the the questionnaire should take less than 5 minutes to complete. Please could you complete and return by 24.2.12 at the latest and return to Joy Goudswaard. Also, please forward this to any organisations or individuals who may be interested. Thank you very much for your cooperation.
