Youth Clubs

Youth clubs provide a good chance to meet other young people and to make friends. Here are some websites that you can go and visit to search for particular clubs (for example chess clubs);

www.childrensinformationservice.org.uk – you can search for activities, such as after school clubs and holiday activities in your area. There is also a Youth Information section at www.youthinformationservice.co.uk.

www.gloucestershire.gov.uk/clubs - this is Gloucestershire County Councils website and you can search by particular type of club. You need to select the ‘Community Contacts Database’ on the right hand side of the screen.

www.iglos.org.uk – a website produced by Gloucestershire Youth Partnership and a variety of other organisations. I-glos is a live and regularly updated shared database/directory for young people. You can do a search for clubs by area or by text.
