Learning Disability Awareness Week – 19th -25th August 2013

Learning Disabilities Awareness Week (19th -25th August) starts off with a Transition Information Day at Kings Square, Gloucester on Monday 19th August, 10am-3.00pm.    The Key will be there along with agencies who can support young people during the transition process, including Gloucestershire Youth Support Service, Health Facilitation Team, GRIP and Scrubditch Care Farm.   The week finishes off with a Cultural Fayre at St James’ Park, Gloucester.  There are plenty of other activities on offer during the week so pop along and see what services are on offer.  For a full programme of events during this week click here.
