The Princes Trust and Gloucester College are running a new week long programme for young people who are interested in seeing what the Games Design industry is all about. The course is available for anyone between the ages of 16-25 and not in education, employment or training.
Get Started in Games Design- August, Gloucester
Taster Day: 14th August.
Programme Dates: 18th to the 22nd of August
The programme offers the opportunities to:
- Find out how computer games are designed and built
- Work with others to build a game including artwork, characters and sounds
- Present your game to a wider audience
- Test out games designed by others in the group
- Work with experts in the Games Design industry
- Meet new people and improve your communication and teamwork skills
- Receive up to three months’ support with the Prince’s Trust to help you find further work or training
